Unit 3


Reflections

Based on my reflections on a scale of 1 to 10 and ten being the optimal wellbeing, I would rate my physical well-being as a 7. I am in good health a little over weight but not much for a woman my age. My spiritual well-being is also a 7. I good do a little better at prayer and meditation.  My psychological well-being is also a 7.
My goal to lose a little weight is to start walking and riding my bike which will give me some exercise to tone my muscles. I need to cut my calories some and this will also help with my weight lose.  My spiritual goal is always to spend more time with God in prayer and read my Bible more. My psychological well-being is to think on the things of honest, pure, just, lovely, virtue, and of good report.

 The Crime of the Century

The relaxation exercise is a very interesting exercise. He voice is a very soothing and calming voice. The time of listening to the exercise gives me a time of rebuilding almost like taking a 2 hour nap. I am not a person to take naps but I feel like I have slept all night after just the 20 minutes of relaxing.

    Wow you relly relaxed didn't you that is great. I have been working hard to get this worked into my daily routine but it has been a little bit of a challenge. I will get there I am sure with a little patients.
