The voice of the speaker and music was very relaxing. He was continually giving suggestive ways to relax. His voice was continually and softly suggesting relaxation. Sitting in a very quite spot listening you can become very relax and stop all of the thoughts that are coming though your brain. You can become so relaxed that a nap is very easy to do. I will need to listen to him at another time to relax and take a nap.
This is the type of relaxation you can get from sitting close to a brook that has trickling water. A calming relaxing time in the woods with the smells and sounds of peace and quite.
