Unit 10

Well this is my last blog for this class. I am not sure if I will continue with the blog. It was not as hard as I thought it might be. It has been fun to do the blog. I have enjoyed reading all of my class mate's blogs.

My personal assessment in Unit 3 I gave myself a 7 in all, psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being. I really have not change in the past few weeks but I have started to develop some ways to arrange my schedule to be able to have time to work on all of the areas. I will start with the spiritual and physical first. I have found in past history if I get my spiritual life in order the rest comes easier. I need to exercise more and changing my schedule will give me time to exercise. I will be finished with my Bachelors degree in 11 more weeks and this will free several hours in a week.  Taking time out of my busy week to relax and smell the roses is in my future.

  1. Hello there Mary! I too have found it difficult to really actively change my score in the last few weeks. I felt like the time between unit 3 and now is too short to make too much of an impact while I am still so very busy with work and school, but I suppose in the long run, I will simply have to make it a priority to carve out the time in my day to explore some of those areas and make improvements especially in the areas of spirtuality.

    Best of luck to you!

  2. Mary, I wish you the best of luck in your goals. I'll be graduating a term after you. It's exciting to be so close to graduation, isn't it? Like you, I've also found that focusing on spiritual growth makes the rest fall into place. It's amazing how faith in can have that kind of impact on our lives. Take care!
